Judge Hitchcock
Samuel Hitchcock brother to my 5th great grandfather (Elijah Hitchcock) studied at Harvard University. He served in the Vermont courts at a Judge. Later he served in the United States Senate. Then he was appointed to the United States Circuit Court by President John Adams.
