Margaret Ellen Odette was the daughter of Edward Odette and Lila Ellen Richards. She was born on 5 May 1917 in Powell, Park County, Wyoming. In the late 1920’s Margaret moved from Wyoming to southern California with her mother and step-father. There Margaret met and married Baxter Lowe. They had two children.
